1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from PrimeSheets ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our products or services.

2. Products & Digital Downloads

PrimeSheets sells digital spreadsheet templates ("Templates") compatible with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Upon successful purchase, you will receive a link to download your selected Templates. All sales are for digital goods and are delivered electronically.

• Templates are provided as-is, ready for immediate use.
• No physical product will be shipped.
• Your download access is tied to the email address used at checkout.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Template for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Templates in any form.
• Share your download link or files with third parties outside your licensed user tier.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices within the files.
• Use the Templates to create competing template products.

4. Subscription & Access Period

PrimeSheets offers access plans with durations of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. During your access period, you will receive new template iterations, improvements, and bug fixes at no extra cost. Files downloaded during your access period are yours to keep permanently, even after your plan expires.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@primesheets.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All Templates, designs, and content on the PrimeSheets website are the intellectual property of PrimeSheets. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Templates will meet every specific use case or workflow requirement. We are not liable for any data loss, errors, or damages resulting from the use of our Templates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeSheets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PrimeSheets after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
